Oliver in the wilderness

We took a trip to Homer this last weekend and there is a great field for pictures on the way. I had this idea of the kid in the middle of a field and using the a strobe to light only him. Well it turned out all right. Not exactly what I had in mind, but it worked. What you can't see is Angela yelling at me because there was a bit of a cool breeze and she was certain that Oliver would get frostbite. I promptly responded that he will have to deal with colder weather than this if he is ever going to make it in this world. Don't worry, Oliver didn't get frostbite. ~Erik

Hey Massey, amazing pic of the boy in God's country! I like the joke too! Except I would have been the one concerned about the breeze. Beautiful setting and wonderful concept of him resting in the long grass. Natural comfort and he looks comfy! Best to you & your family bro! Dave

Congratulations Massey family!! Your new baby boy is beautiful, and Mom looks great! Your blog gives me inspiration and reminds me to laugh as I deal with my own two little boys, one is two and the other is two months. Fun stuff. Thanks for the pix and smiles! Tya
