Enough is Enough!

Owen is always playing dress-up with his sisters. He dresses up and says, "I a princess, mommy." He plays with Barbies and My Little Ponies. I know it's normal and he is just copying his sisters that he looks up to. But, this morning he put on a Cinderella dress and started dancing around. Finally, I said, "enough is enough." Time to turn a fairy princess into a soldier. I took him to the store immediately and got him guns and army guys and dinosaurs and truck books. I'm going to start working on a Superman costume for him today. He needs to man-up. I'm so glad we are having another boy. Hopefully things will even out around here and we won't be living in such a girl world. -Angela

We have the opposite problem with Evie. She's a total tomboy! Luckily there's a girl upstairs from us that shows her how to be real bratty little girl. yeah. Gotta love the girl attitude. :) I'll bring Owen up some dude stuff when I come because we have tons...

That would have put Jerr over the edge..seriously! That would not have even been remotely funny to him. In fact, I won't even show him this post!! Send Owen here for a few weeks, there is enough testosterone here to go around. One week, that is all it would take..... Okay, maybe not right now, he would die from heat exhaustion... how about this fall??

Hehehe!! Like I said, I'd rather you post pictures of the three princesses than camping pictures . . . unless the camping pictures involve the three princesses, of course. BTW, don't send him off to military school just yet, the Soldatna Community Children's Fashion Show / Beauty Contest is right around the corner! Or you can send him down here and enroll him in Grandpa's Man-up School that Bryson is currently attending. He still cries when he gets hit in the face (baseballs, bubble wands, zucchini, etc.) but I'm working on that.

Dude, I couldn't stop laughing when I read that post. Poor little Owen needs more Father-Son activities I think.
