It is easier to wrestle a bear than it is to get all your kids to smile at the same time for a picture. Fortunately we live in a time with photoshop. Attached is a doctored up shot of the family. You can see the two shots that I used to blend together for a decent picture. I followed a tutorial which can be found at Ed Hally's Webpage. I use gimp which is a freeware version of photoshop. Whatever program you are using, the principles are the same.
I got a few decent shots of upper Summit Lake. Alaska is really quite nice this time of the year. (60°39'51.52"N 149°28'50.14"W) For anyone with Google Earth(KML File1), KML File 2).
