This is Angela making blueberry syrup.
To make blueberry syrup just put equal parts berries and sugar in a pan and boil for a long time (20-30 minutes). Yum yum!

You beat me with the blueberry syrup too. I must be slacking. Thanks for the hike we had fun picking blueberries.
Syrup looks good. You know you can also make blueberry icecream by chilling that syrup (sauce)adding heavy cream and throwing it in your ice cream maker for about 20 minutes. We just made some the other day. Although Texas blueberries are not nearly as good as Alaskan blueberries. Anyway, the hike looks like fun too.
